Your home is expensive. Choose the best.
Selecting the right home inspection company can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably won’t get to meet your inspector until after you hire one. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying pricing which can reflect qualifications, education, experience, reporting methods, and their investment in testing equipment and technology. One thing is for sure; a home inspection requires a lot of work! We have made a tremendous investment in testing equipment, software and education to provide you with the best possible evaluation of the home you are buying. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. I guarantee that we will give you our very best effort.

Inspection Rates:
*Condominium pricing is less due to the limited scope of the inspection. Condo owners own the inside of the structure only. We don’t inspect the roof, exterior, or other components that are owned by the Home Owners’ Association.
Townhouses typically have a unique address, garage, attic, their own water and air heating systems – basically they are similar to a single family residence that shares a wall or two with another dwelling. Inspecting townhouses takes more time than a condo. The inspection fee is slightly higher due to the additional items inspected.
We reserve the right to adjust the inspection fee to a townhouse fee regardless of what is stated in the MLS.
