*Condominium pricing is less due to the limited scope of the inspection. Condo owners own the inside of the structure only. We don’t inspect the roof, exterior, or other components that are owned by the Home Owners’ Association.
Townhouses typically have a unique address, garage, attic, their own water and air heating systems – basically they are similar to a single family residence that shares a wall or two with another dwelling. Inspecting townhouses takes more time than a condo. The inspection fee is slightly higher due to the additional items inspected.
We reserve the right to adjust the inspection fee to a townhouse fee regardless of what is stated in the MLS.
Our home inspections in San Diego are performed by trained inspectors, and conform to nationally recognized ASHI standards and the NACHI code of ethics. We use state-of-the-art equipment including Carbon Monoxide detectors, gas leak detectors, moisture meters, laser temperature gauges and Infrared Thermal Imaging. We use this equipment, combined with the latest reporting software, to provide you with the most complete home inspection available.
